Need more specific info on CQB-1

What type of edge does it have?
I can't tell by the photo's but is the blade a "dagger type" (i.e., sharpened on both sides), or is the top a long (unsharpened) false edge?
What exactly (without giving away any trade secrets) is the "CUDA Slik Matte Finish"?

Mine is a false edge along the top.

I'll defer to the experts on the blade coating, but I'm curious myself.

from what I gathered, the CUDA SLIK MATTE is not a coating, but a finish.

It is a proprietary combination of high speed tumbling and ceramic bead blasting.
The tumbling creates the slightly melted look around the edges (its perfect imho)
and the ceramic bead finish creates a non-reflective, corrosion resistant (compared to normal blast finishes) matte appearance.

I like it.
non reflective but smooth...good stuff.
