They seem like complete opposites of each other, but perhaps the combination of the two would afford yourself with appropriate tools for a wide variety of circumstances.
I love my Higo. Despite being inexpensive there is just something about it that makes me want to carry it. It is a fun little knife. Usually most of them come with excellent steel fornthe price. Be careful though because the steel is run hard and thus it is quite brittle. I snapped the tip off my dropping it like a foot and a hapf to the floor. There is something about thumbing it open with that little tab that is highly enjoyable.
Btw you may notice when you close your Higo the edge of the blade hitting the brass handle. Just glue a strip of a cut up gift card along the inside of the handle where the edge hits and voila problem solved. To be honest I heard the edge hitting the brass handlenin the first place shouldn't damage the edge much anyway as the steel is much harder than brass; nevertheless if you are as anal as me use the gift card strip technique.
