need pic of bk-7 and bk-9 together...

if anyone wouldn't posting one with these two knifes side by side and one looking down onto the spine that would be great! i can't make up my mind on which one to get. thanks in advance.

Hi web2 sorry i don't have the bk7 but i do own the bk9 what comparisons do you want to make i beleive that both are the same thickness but the 9 is a longer bowie shape and the 7 has a shorter drop point.if you want to ask anything about the 9 ask away hopefully i might be able to answer it.what do you want to use it for primarily?for what it's worth the bk9 is a beauty.

DISCO - i want to see a size comparison between the two. the pics you find from knife stores on the net don't always give a true pic of the size. and it is hard to tell the thickness of the handle from a side pic. thanks.

I think the choice depends primarily on use. If you want an all-around camp/survival knife, the BK-7 is hard to beat for the price. If you want to do more chopping/limbing, go with the BK-9.
