Howdy all. I have a quality, irreplaceable knife with a couple of areas on the blade I'd like reprofiled/cleaned up. Can y'all recommend someone to do this? Maybe relate your experience in having this done? I'd sure appreciate it.
I'm pretty inexperienced AFA good folks in the knife world.
TIA, Ray

Knifenut1013 has done a couple reprofiles for me and does excellent work and is very reasonably priced.

What knife is it? Who made it?

There are other avenues to get a knife refurbished sometimes. RMK will clean a well worn knife up. Ruana will do up their knives as well. So it depends, using the makers shop may help save the value of the irreplaceable knife.
