Need significant work done on a knife.

I have a 14 inch chopper. I'd like to have the blade taken down a few inches to a shape I've drawn out on the blade. If possible, I'd also like it the scales to be replaced with a grippier form of micarta in a dark green color. I'd like a kydex sheath w/ teklok made for the blade.
