Need smaller folder for wife for Christmas, chime in!

My wife is the worst at knife maintenance, so I got her a Spyderco Salt 1! Small, simple, and rediculously corrosion resistant.

I got the pink BM555 for my GF last year, and she likes it very much -- it's not too big, not too small, opens very easily with one hand, and it's pink! She took the clip off, and she keeps it in it's nylon pouch and in her purse.

Get her a Lion Steel MINI Olive Wood Folding Knife and tell her it's made in Italy and she will think it's like a purse since it is pretty. http://www.knifeart.com/lionsteel1.html

Another option is a plain titanium William Henry B10 with sapphire Jules in the thumb stud and button lock. She might actually be happy! If she doesn't want them you can keep them and be happier!!!

I think You wouldd o well to go with the spytderco dragonfly tattoo:

Tiny and pretty, my fiancee loves hers. It fits well in a purse or a small pocket. I dont know how old your significant other is, but younger women (<40) dont have the same types of pockets as men, they are more for looks than for actually holding anything. Also its now in vogue to carry a tiny Handbag instead of a full sized purse. So alot of the knives selected on the thread are in all honesty too big for her to reasonably be expected to carry, im not saying that they arent good knives but a knife left at home is useless.

Another good one is the CRKT KISS knife

Nobody care to offer up the Spyderco Ladybug in H1 to the gentleman?
Some of the other choices mentioned are quite sweet also, specially that LionSteel :)

I tried to give my wife nice Blue Spyderco Salsa (blue is her favorite color) and she said, "what am I going to do with that little knife?" I pulled my military out and said, "how about this one?" She said, " if I'm going to carry a knife, I'm GOING to carry a knife!"

Might not be what you have in mind for her, but my wife likes the Military and Full SE ZDP Endura better then the small knives. :) She carries IWB.

I would suggest a spyderco dragonfly or the delica 4 and if you look hard enough you can find the delica in pink.

The Smart Alec in me wants to suggest the Para, Military, and Tenacious, since those are just about the only three Spyderco models not listed so far....

Seriously, though, my wife has had a pink mini grip for the past year and LOVES it...carries and uses it daily.

If you are looking to start her on something for a little less money, the Boker Cruel Girl or pink KaBar Dozier would be good choices.
