Need some advice . . .

Glad you found the Sebbie! I was going to go against the grain and say get all three that caught your eye now, and save for the Sebenza in the future. My reasonings are as a newer knife aficionado you might not fully understand what you like and dislike in knives. We don't know your usage (and nobody asked?!?!), so don't know what your knives will be put through, nor do we know how you use them. The three will add diversity to your knowledge base as you are able to compare and contrast features of them. While not a fan of Gerber either, I do understand their place in the knife world, and I own many CRKT and a single Sebenza. I find that I enjoy the diversity of the CRKT designs, and while not top of the list I have yet to have one fail on me. Value for money is a personal thing so I won't touch on that with any if your knives. I like my Sebenza, carry it and use it somewhat often, but do not think it is the be all end all knife for me. I would still get the others you mentioned for the reasons I mentioned earlier. They aren't expensive considering other knife prices, and having more diversity should help guide your knife addiction in ways you might not see coming. I own knives valued in the hundreds, and buy $1 knives at garage sales, and use them all as each has it's own personality and suitability for tasks at hand. I'm currently carrying a custom Damascus and Amboyna folder that I designed worth considerable money next to a $1 slipjoint that I found at a garage sale- complete with clipped on metal scales and broken and reshaped blade. Both compliment well, and have their place in pocket.

I wish you much enjoyment with your Sebenza, hopefully for your wallet it is the one for you with exclusion of all others, but I doubt it!! ;)
