Need some expert help

Sorry for my initial take on it. I,was basing it largely on the unusual scale. I agree that the knife itself does look like the real deal. My apologies if I caused confusion, or worry on your part my brother....

Gotta admit it had me worried for a minute...it's all good though.

The fact that you like it is all that matters. The person that did the scales had some skills, but as with any modification, it will tend to split the audience and the split between love and not is often wide. If you are on the side that likes it, that is really all that matters.

I saw this knife on the forum somewhere recently, not sure which sub section though.

It was listed as a genuine CRK Sebenza with after market custom scales by a maker who's name I don't recall-sorry, I have a crappy memory.

I'm sure that if you search out Sebenza along with mammoth you'll find it in no time, then you'll have the info I can't remember and the answers to your questions.

Honestly though, as long as you like it and knowing the knife is a true CRK, the rest doesn't matter as long as your happy (other than resale value of course).

Enjoy your one of a kind knife :D

I remember this knife for sale on the exchange too, I think it was in the spring or summer of this year. A different and nice looking custom CRK. Nice grab!

Yes that particular knife was listed here for sale

Thanks for all the help guys...BF is just an awesome place! Learned quite a few things by posting this, glad I did.

It is an awesome place, and is so entirely because of the people that contribute.
