need some grip

anybody put grip on their Spydie Police/or similar stainless handles? what did you use? was the adhesive strong enough, the grip staying in place?

I have not used any, but have heard of people applying thread material to the SS sides. A hardware store will have it, it's self adhearing.
Myself I have sandblasted SS knives for grip.(tape up the blade, remove clip.)

I found a paint that once it dries its like rubber. You can dip a screwdriver handle in it for example. I dipped my dive knife handle in it.
