Best of wishes on the surgery. I had this done a few years ago. Mine was the laparascopic surgery and it was done outpatient with less than a week of recovery. The pain leading up to the surgery is so miserable and there is nothing you can do to lessen it. Hope you get through it quickly.

Bill, your in my prayers broskie. While your recovering from the surgery, I think I'll start grinding all those new blades for ya....
I figure that will get you up and recuperating much faster since you and I both know that I suck majorly at trying to sharpen blades on the belt grinders....

Gang as of friday Aug 31 ill be outts commision,i went spoke with sergeon this afternoon and the operation will be then, As of now it should be a 6 hr same day surgery if there are no complications,This comes to me as a releif,I can only hope i goes as intended

Man, I hope it's not something in the water . . . .
A wife of a friend of mine called tonight to let me know Barry would be going into the hospital tomorrow to, of all things, have his gall bladder taken out. She said the doctors told her it would be 5-6 hours from registration to the car ride home. She said he would be off work for about 5-6 days, to take it easy around the house, no lifting, "no dishes or laundry" (or knife grinding ) . . . .
, & he should be released for work within 10 days . . .
Sally T & I are still keeping good thoughts for you buddy, karma pay back is some strong medicine . . . .
