Im looking to buy a new daypack for hiking. I currently use a ll bean stowaway pack and it is too flimsy. I need some recommendations for a pack that is durable and between 1,300 and 2,000 cubic inches. Any recommendations?

The North Face has the Recon pack and after visiting REI and putting 20# in this pack and walking around their store for 30 minutes doing my shopping, it's gonna be my next daypack. Here are some specs and features.

Features:

The laminated backpanel is constructed with breathable mesh and air channels for ventilation

BackSaver angled bottom panel lifts the load higher on your back to carry weight more efficiently

A hydration sleeve and hose port in the main compartment offer a secure location for your bladder system (bladder not included)

The tuck-away hipbelt comes in handy when you're carrying a heavy load, but can be tucked away when your load lightens

An organizer in the front compartment keeps small items well-placed; small front stash pocket with waterproof zipper
There's room to stuff gear in the large front mesh pocket, small mesh pocket on the shoulder strap and dual mesh, side water-bottle pockets

Reflective hits help to make you more visible in low-light situation
