Need some sleeping bag suggestions..

Buy a low rated bag 0, 10 degrees (even though there is no industry temperature standard). You can always adjust the bag coverage if it gets too hot, but not the other way around. Buy one that compresses into the size of a loaf of bread. The big bags take up way too much room. I have a Marmot and Sierra Designs and am happy with them.

I purchased Marmot Trestles 15 bags for myself (tall & extra wide), my son (tall), and my daughter (women's tall) from Campmor.com and we've been VEEERRRYYY pleased with them. For some reason Campmor has this model on sale a lot too, but you need to watch for the deals.

They are very high quality, lightweight, and pack small. The standard length x-wide bag is $99.00 right now.

YOu dont need much for 30 F. Snugpak is decent and lightweight. Make sure you have a ground pad or your bag wont do much for you.

I spent last weekend in a garbage bag at 32F and slept fine.
