3/4" - 1" thick micarta preferably black paper(is this even possible??)
and a supplier for the scotch brite belts.

Hagar, I get my scotchbrites from G.L. Pearce Abrasives. Great product and the best prices I've found. Heres their number, 18009380021. As for the 3/4" - 1" thick black paper micarta, are you wanting sheets or blocks??? Jantz sells blocks that are about 1 1/4" by 1 1/2" by 5".

sheets may be easier to work with, but the blocks would do the trick.
