need this for my grinder

I bought this grinder a couple of years ago. No complaints till now. I know absolutely nothing about things like this, and have tried to compare it to other small wheels but ca't find any thing that runs on just one side. Does anyone no where I can buy this? It was a 3/4" rubber wheel to start out with. The thread is 3/8 x 24.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks a ton. I looked in the catalogs I've got for knife supplies and couldn't find anything that didnt attach on both sides. I appreciate the help.
