need tips on sharpening this

I've never sharpened anything like this. Is there any tips for using stones with a grind like this. The belly curves don't lay flat. I have the small lansky stones with the rod guides should I just use those?

This is a fresh grind btw and I have to still profile the edge. I am probably going to take off some of the material on the grinder, but I rather do most by hand to avoid harming the temper
