There are several makers in your area. Also, places like True-grit and Texas Knife Supply do hardening. IIRC, D'Alton Holder also lives near you. He does HT quite well.
In Phoenix, there are probably a dozen machine shops that can harden O-1.
If you dead end on all these, you could send it to me and I would do it for you. I suspect others nearer you may make the same offer.
