I'm new, here to try to ID a knife I have, would someone tell me where it's appropriate to post this? I'm not trying to sell the knife, I just don't know how to id it. It appears handmade, a kitchen knife, the handle is split metal, to me, it looks like just a person made this, not a company, it's very sturdy, in my opinion, perhaps made of carbon steel? Stainless handle? Not sure at all, know very little of knives..thanks
