Need to remove pivot screws on knife. Need help.

Just looked at a leatherman pivot I took apart and it had red Loctite just a few seconds with a small butane torch softened it enough to remove but still have some "locking".

I don't think he wants to take a torch near the carbon fiber, I don't blame him.

Touch screws with soldering iron for a few seconds.
