Needed Damascus Santoku blade and Green or orange stabilized wood handles

Hey all,

Not sure this is the place to ask, but I'm trying to make my girlfriend the kitchen knife of her dreams for Christmas. This will be my 3rd knife, and I'm not so great at making blades, so I'm hoping to get one already made. Thinking about a 7"-9" santoku style blade, prefer with bolster and stuff but open to options. Would like a hidden tang if possible as well.

I also need some really really beautiful scales to go with it. Her favorite colors are green and orange, but if that's not possible she's a sucker for the highly figured stuff.

Let me know what you have and we'll go from there!
