Hope his finds you well.

One of my friends felt sorry for me because I found absolutely NO Sang in the woods this year, so he brought me enough to get me through until season is back in - I AM SOOO STOKED!!

Looking to find out if any forumites have any recipes.

Usually I just make some tea, but it is the generic teaspoon or so of ground sang, with a little tea.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!!

By the way, best recipe will get a root or two sent your way ;)
Good ol' wild North American sang - "just doesn't get any better than this"

Be Well,

Hi Nolan,

"Sang" is just another name for Ginseng, an herb / root fabled for a variety of uses.

There are several varieties world wide, North American is just the location where what I have was harvested.

To me, it just makes a good tasting cup of tea.

kamkazmoto - thanks for the suggestions! They match up with the info I ran accross as well.

Much appreciated,

sp
