got a little bit of extra cash in my pocket...so i'm off to order a couple of knives... i'm for sure picking up a pink leek for the mrs... i got just enough cash to
get either a "needs work" or a junk yard dog... something i can carry as an edc work knife versus carrying my zdp mini cyclone which is my "dressy" edc knife...
looking forward to reading your comments and help

Depends on whether you like assisted opening and want that or just a manual flipper like the JYD. I'd persoally take the JYD because I think its a step up in quality and I like frame locks but the blade shape of the Needs Work is a big plus, and of course the price is hard to argue with too. Even still, my vote is JYD.

I was looking to NW too, but then I realize that I will be able to make same blade on JYDII without too much effort and have in result all beauty on Tim's design

Of course it require some skills and tools.

As I already mentioned - JDII is quite affordable and so can be used for this kind of modification. I already have second one and will make NW out of it soon.

Thanks, Vassili.
