Neeman Tool owners

I stopped at my brothers office today and he had a sign in there that said "government... If you think our problems are messy just wait until you see our solutions."

Not to further derail the thread... I just got a kick out of it.
 
FWIW, I think private bureaucracies are just as bad these days. My local bank makes the DMV look like the model of efficiency and customer service.
