Negative feedback

This forum has been in such a festive mood lately; full of positive, jovial, brotherhood energy...

How about in the Spirit of Christmas, we remove this ticky tack $15 negative mix up? What do you say, Santa Spark? :pirate:

Hmm...

Of all the people who have commented on the actual situation you are the only one who thinks this negative feedback should be removed. Why is that? The rest of us have laid out the details of the events as they occurred showing multiple transgressions by the seller. We have also pointed out that in this instance the feedback system worked as it should have.

This was not a mix up at all. After the seller requested paypal gift he poorly packaged and improperly shipped an item. It was lost in the mail. He refused to refund the buyer. Buyer left negative feedback. The seller said he wouldn't refund the buyer unless the seller removed the negative feedback. The seller then only refunded the buyer after pressure from the community in a thread started by the seller to complain about the buyer. The seller also has not taken any sort of responsibility of this issue but rather blaming it on USPS. People should know about what happened here. Feedback is one way.

I see no further reason to bug Spark on this. The feedback worked as it should.

Agreed, feedback actually did what it was supposed to do.

Nfd is kelama's buddy, so kelama doesn't care about facts or evenwhat he did. But if anyone else did the exact same thing kelama would be the first one to ride in and call for banishment

Oh well, maybe next June?

Merry Christmas day bump. Today, would be an awesome day, to infuse a jolt of joy into the World, Spark. :positive:

Balut eggs for Spark, & the BF staff...once this unwarranted negative feedback (IMO), is overturned. < Either that, or cash.

Still seems totally warranted, I get you guys are pals but you of all people should take a step back and realize your buddy was in the wrong here and deserves that negative. He earned it just the same as he earned any positive feedback as well.

He's good.

EDIT for transparency: I should have read this thread more carefully than I did. I've already deleted the feedback but shouldn't have because of how this deal was handled.

Buyers, this is why you don't do F&F paypal. We keep telling you over and over again not to do it, and you guys keep doing it. You are only screwing yourself over.

Sellers, if you are soliciting F&F then we shouldn't be hearing any issues with you delivering product. Especially if it goes missing - once the money changes hand, it's your responsibility to get them the product. You wanting F&F then cheaping out on the mail method and not putting proper postage is a dumb move.
