Hi all - here's an old one. I've had it for 10-12 years and it's mostly just been sitting through that time. The current models are VG10 and made in Japan. This does not work for my hands - I wear a size 16 shoe and my hands match - it's laughable for me to try to hold. it's a really nice little piece, it just does not work for me. . It's been lightly sharpened once, as it was not sharp from the factory, and I think I did bump up the retention a little bit on the sheath by warming it up and squeezing with my fingers.
I really don't have any way to verify it is S30V because it's not marked - however, the new models seem to be lasered "Japan" on the back side and this one is not - maybe someone with more knowledge of Nemesis can help out here. Purchased between 2003-2005 - cool little neck/keychain/watch pocket knife, similar to a Buck Hartsook but much more stylish with a better sheath
