Nemesis NK-9 LMAX- Anyone know about this axe/hawk?

Looks like another tool who's primary function is to look cool. The shape of that bit is just stupid. What would you do with it?

It is eye catching, in that it just looks different. It's meant to be able to change the head direction by 90 degrees, why I don't understand. By doing so, the spike had to be very short, to fit inside the handle. That makes it look off balance.
The fact that it's S7, very tough steel, is odd when I consider the handle material. The thing comes across like it was meant for breaching, yet the handle and bolts would be the weakest point. When would you decide to change direction of the head, during a raid?
I would trust the strength of a traditional hawk or axe over this. I could be wrong, maybe it's stronger than I imagine, I've been wrong before, but only once!

Swiveling the bit upwards could make it good for some serious scraping. If the beard were sharpened, it could serve as a gut hook for larger animals. Can't really see much other use for a rotating head.
