I stumbled on to this site and was attracted to the rustic, North-American native designs as well as the artistry and craftsmanship of the makers.

Being a sucker for an insightful review, there's one about a simple but very functional knife which tries to blend the Nessmuck as well as the Mountain Man designs.

The knife looks good but for 1250 I am not sure I would pay that much.

Agreed. There are a lot of very good makers here on BF that would make one for $250-$350. More that likely less than that:cool:

Interesting web site though:)

It does look like a nice cross between a Nessmuk patern, and an American style hunter pattern. The price does seem extremely high though. As has been said though, I'd stick with Fiddleback or any of the great makers here for a super nice Nessie at an excellent price.
