Hello everyone .
I gave this Nessmuck a full height flat grind from 1/8" A-2 tool steel , it is heat treated to a rockwell 61-62 . Giving that this blade is 1/8" and with a full height flat grind , makes this one awesome skinning blade , slim and sharp .

I put a fine scotch bright belt satin finish on the blade . I put a grey liner on it to give a subtle contrast between the dark grey and light wood of the Book Matched pair of Feathered Buckeye handle with 2 stainless pins .

It is 8-1/2" overall in length with a 4-1/4" blade and a cutting edge at 4" . It is 1-1/8th " wide at the plunge line . The sheath is pouch style right hand belt carry .SOLD

$175.00 + $7.00 for USPS priority shipping in the USA , Pay-pal , postal M/O or check ( ck held to clear )
PP is sandlot@charter.net

Hope you all like it .

I can't believe this is still around. I'd scoop it in a minute if I didn't already have one of yours! And I'm loving it by the way!

Thanks all for the comments and nice words .

Hello jackal , I have only made 4 of these Nessmucks and none have sat around so long as this one .

I'm also surprised this one hasn't been snatched up! Great scales, nice grind and I like a hard A2 blade for hunting chores.

Well, got the Nessmuk in and could not wait to get to my lease and skin a stinky nasty old boar........

ya!
