Nessmuck question.

Central CT now. But I'm up there in my old stomping grounds every week or two for a family visit.

I prefer them in 1/8" or 3/32" thickness. I do flat/convex grinds so I would say go with a full flat. The Nessmuk excells at skinning and slicing.

I went with 1/8, 1095, and a full flat grind.

if you round the spine you can use the hump on the back as a tool, persuating material in place, pressing stuff down without leaving marks and to seperate adhered materials, etc
