Great Job Kelly, I love the character of that wood, and the profile of the blade set's perfect with your file work,

Is this the first you have made with AEBL? Looks really cool with that handle.

Hello cbach8tw, AEBL is a new steel for me. I make 4 kitchen knives out of if first then several user blades like this. I like the steel and just purchased a bar of Aldo's modified AEBL, Nitro V to try. I'm also really liking CPM M4. My main stainless had been ATS34 which I've used from the mid 90's but my distributor's have stopped carrying it. I could have just switched to 154CM but wanted something different. So this has led me to three CPM M4, CPM S35 and AEBL. Kelley

That is a very pretty knife. Very impressive complete package with the handle, blade shape and aesthetic bits with a sheath the goes along with the character. Impressive aesthetics.
