Finished up this little guy today. Comments and critiques welcomed.

Blade: W2 with ghost hamon.
Guard: 416 with copper and black fiber spacers
Handle: I forgot :p probably Amboyna Burl. Copper pin.

That's a good looking knife!!!!
You should buy a makers membership and sell it. That's all the critique I could come up with.
 
Nice! I love you clean level of fit and finish! thing I thought was "hummm....looks like it needs a clip...maybe....maybe not....ya' that's a awesome knife...." :thumbup:
 
Very nice. is that hamon a "ghost" or the infamous "unintentional" hamon?
 
I planned the hamon and did the clay thing. I suck at developing them though. I usually sand it out afterwards. It leaves a ghost hamon.
 
If you need or want a sale then go with the gut hook. That design would certainly be suited to one.
