Nested knives

Pretty interesting for sure! Novel concept, but I think it will remain a novelty.

I admire the concept, but there are some of problems with it, functionally. Frankly, it looks like it was designed by an art student, not a knife user. It's definitely interesting, though.

Seems like they would dull quickly by taking them out and putting back in. Still a cool idea though.
 
I really like the idea. If the handle cuts where tight enough the clearances on the blades could be enough to keep the edges from contacting the next piece. 5 knives for $700 isn't that bad if well done.

Sure it is 5, I am only counting 4 knives?
 
Not sure I'd like the hole in the blades. Half the time I'm using a chef knife as a "shovel" to sweep up the diced food to toss in the pan. Wouldn't work with these, which would be a deal breaker. That's not to say the wow factor isn't cool though. I'd be at the head of the line to look at and handle those puppies!
