Never a good idea to mix beer and online shopping!

The trick is to add stuff to your cart, then navigate away to look at more knives to avoid going through the check out process - at least until the morning. ;)
 
Sometimes I'll play a game. I'll put in my wishlist, then if it's still there 24 hrs later, I'll buy it. It keeps up the excitement a little longer and at least keeps me from buying more than one knife a day. :-) Errrr... sometimes.
 
They'll probably start putting that question in the order form;

Q: Are you presently drinking? Yes No
If Yes, please enter the number of drinks you have had in the Qty box for the knife you intend to buy....(you'll thank us later)
If No, please continue with your order process...

or words to that effect ;)

But seriously, drinking and about any other activity usually ends up with some kind of consequences, be it good...or bad, usually the latter :)

In this case, looks like you came out doing good !

I've done the same. Generally not with big-dollar items like cars or houses, but plenty of knives on the forum and at auction sites. Haven't regretted it yet. :thumbup:

And I always like the element of surprise when the mail man brings a package I had forgotten about. Like a real present to myself!
 
I have a habit of bookmarking the link to the particular knife I want.
If I really like it I use it as a screensaver.
Got loads of em.

I have gotten some pretty interesting things after having a few while on that online auction place :D That was back when I was actively collecting Zippos though, haven't had much to drink in a long time.
 
It's a good thing I had activities last night to keep me busy!!woulda been dangerous if I actually sat down at the computer. My credit card is thankful it was New Year's Eve!!
