Never Fear, The Northwoods Zulu Spear is Here!

Yet more Zulus, forbears to the Eskys.
One by noted Bose associate, Kerry Hampton esq, seen with two Case/Bose collaborations!

Very nice Charlie! My black linen is helping out in the shop today.

I'm glad I bought the micarta, as I've already dropped it on the concrete several times, and it's beginning to show some battle scars, but it always comes back for more. Very useful blade shape.

Got my mystery knife today, really looks like this camel bone might actually begin with a 'G'. The cracks are well-stabilized and it really feels different than my other camel bones in the hand.

its just roughly finished, also why the bolsters are left satin. Theres no danger of threads coming loose, it just takes a nice grippy texture when finished like that, and I'm glad they did it. It can be polished almost like canvas micarta, but loses that unique denim feel.

Oddly enough, mine is polished Bolsters and blade. Perhaps it was modified by the original owner or maybe gec polished some? As long as there is no worries of unraveling, I'll probably just lightly sand the edges of the micarta and leave it mostly rough

At least there will be one axe handle in the world with the grain running the right way!

Thanks for posting pictures. It turned out so different than the others... I really like the way it looks.

Snoopy it's called the Tribal lockback and it starts rolling out in April with some in the summer and fall. I had this one early but sold it. Another one on the way.
