Have no fear, they are taking care of him! There isn't a single manufacturer out there that hasn't had a bad apple slip through the cracks. It is how they remedy it that proves their overall quality. Proud to see KAI taking care of its customers once again!

Too bad it's the handle and not the blade. Would love to see a blank blade. Like how clean it looks. Just got my ZT0350OR back from warranty repair. ZT Rawks! They will do you right.

Sterile blades are awesome. I'd trade a normally marked one to anyone that wanted to get rid of theirs.
 
It was already discussed. Some extras were likely made to cover any warranty work or blems may has turned out.
 
Can somebody PM or email me the next time these pop up in stock somewhere? I had one in my basket at BHQ yesterday then signed in & they were sold out :(
