Lee (roy06) gave me a call earlier for the heads up, and picked one up for me. I can't thank him enough, I'm really grateful to have met such awesome people here, and to be part of such a great group.

I'd have surely missed it completely without Lee's help, since I'm home sick, likely with appendicitis, and haven't really left my couch since this morning when I called out from work.

So...this whole thing makes me feel a bit better. :D
 
Just got my CBCF in the mail ! This knife is totally amazing! Love the look, size, and weight of it! Would love to post some pics but I'm stupid and can't figure it out! And my camera takes horrible pics too!
 
Dude, that's messed up. Go buy a camera and figure it out :D :D :D Mine's in the mail. Hoping to have it tomorrow or the next day.

I was able to secure one from HOB. I really didn't think that I'll be able to get one.

Glad I thought wrong... Ok, time to sell off some blades.
 
In my case, it didn't hurt to call HOB

The site showed that they were already sold out. I called and Matt told me he had one left and he'll post it up on the site, but it was open game so I had to hurry up and order it on my ipad while I was on the phone with him. I said I can't believe I got one, he said yeah me too.

I was told that they should also be getting some more in the coming weeks. Keep your eyes peeled people. I was incredibly lucky. Woke up, signed on to BF, saw the commotion, and called them.
 
cannonball, since you have one in your hands, tell us about the texture of the Ti side. Is it smooth like it appears or is there some grip to it? And how about the CF side too?
