Bolsters look like polished copper or bronze in that subdued lighting. Gorgeous. Thank you for all of the terrific photos.

You guys are right about the copper bolsters. Look a little closer at the Carbon Fiber...it is a specific type

The CF looks like a twill weave. Blade is mirror polish and.......................................

Where do you come up with this stuff Steve?

The google, using key word searches.

I don't know weaves so I try to figure out what hengem is talking about but I find it hard to even see enough detail in the shown knife handle to get a match with standard weaves.

I hope that I am helping. :)

And I thought it was this weave... LOL

I knew I recognized this pattern I've weaved it! LOL

Part of our eduation in grammer school when I was growing up, they taught you how to make your own looms an taught you how to weave with yarn just for the method & techinque.
I can almost bet today they do no such thing! sort like Home Ed for the girls an yes men too.....cooking/culinary and sewing. Not trade schools but every day normal schools.

You guys crack me up...
The handle material is Lightning strike Carbon Fiber. If you look closely you can see copper strands running through the weave.
Look at the blade a little closer, tell me what kind of grind it is... The blade steel is a secret for another day or two :D
