I had a 110 with a little wobble when closed (blade could hit both liners).
A rag to prevent scratching/gouging the brass, and pair of channel locks fixed it. Blade is centered, too.
(Squeezing the bolsters together a little while holding the pin on one side, is the same thing Buck will do to fix it.)
Pivot pin sticks out maybe the thickness of 1 to 1.5 sheets copier/typing paper on one side. (I don't have a hammer to peen it)
One of these years, I might send it in to Buck for that. (More than likely I'll just get a daRn peening hammer.)
Why the You Tube Video before giving Buck a chance to fix it, or even before contacting them? A bit unjust, I think.
How many people do you think that video will stop from buying not just a 110, but any Buck knife?
My guess is more than a "few".
IMHO, making and posting that video indicates you do expect perfection (despite what you say to the contrary), no matter what the cost is, and not necessarily just for cutlery.
EDIT:
All my Brass and Wood 110's (except for a vintage 2 dot I found at a pawnshop) were bought at the same store "everyone" loves to bash (yet they still shop there). Of the 9 or 10 I bought, only the one was a little loose when closed. all are tight when open. None of the blades are in danger of hitting the liners, either.
