In the 2020 catalog, the only Squire is the standard DymaLux red wood handle. The 501 is available in the custom shop though where you can add S30V and about a dozen different handle materials.

Yes,OH...I'm on board as well..That Buck 907 Expert Hunter sure looks nice. Appears to have a longer and wider blade resembling the Buck 118 blade - would love to field test one! OH
You have to go back to the 2016 catalog to see a slightly different description of 420HC. "For best performance, we harden to a standard Rc 58".I noticed in the new 2020 catalog that they show 420hc is hardened to 58-60 for optimal performance. Is this something new they have just started? I thought in the past they hardened to 57-58 or am I mistaken? If this is correct I’m curious as to the reason and if it performs better.
