I just picked mine out of the mailbox. It is easily one of my new favorites - solid feel in hand, and simply beautiful design.

I wish I had a set of those scales for my 710-1. I'd buy this one too if it had the polished blade with the radiused spine.

Man that's nice! I love the stock 710, and that just pushes it over the top. Beautiful knife man.

These scales should be standard issue,i really hate that black g10. this is like a whole new knife. The only thing different I notice is the way they ground the flats,on mine there are fine lines that run diagonal towards the front of the blade, but it does give a different look to it,too.Oh,all hardware & liners are satin, & theres a split arrow pocket clip that's polished.I think they outdid themselves with this one....

I agree, they knocked it out the park. I think that the 710 prototype came out in 1998 so it's not like it is a brand new design that they threw black G10 on. In fact, it was ahead of its time back then, even has a design on the G10. Should this blue version replace it as the standard version? Say goodbye to 710's at $150 I guess... Sheesh they were $110 less than a year ago before MAP.

I got mine today too, its a beautiful knife but I'm not in love with it like I thought I would be. my last 3 purchases have been CRK and I guess the Sebenza just has me spoiled. I may end up selling or trading it.

I bought mine for about 75 bucks! But that was around 2001ish.

I received my perfect one today as well. The G-10 is smooth and much better than the regular one.

Are these the exclusives from knifeworks.com?

(I believe they are paying dealers here, so it is Kosher to ask?)

Damn, I like that knife. I'm thinking seriously about ordering one and swapping the scales out on my 710-1.

Got mine today as well. Flawless all around. Anyone thinking about it should pull the trigger. You know by now that you'll regret it later when they're gone if you don't.

Oh my god, is that a 710 with decent blade centering?! They really must paid attention to these. Also, is it just me or do the swedges look very uneven?
