  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

New ACU handle scales - A tribute

Alright sounds good. I also wanted to say that the number 22 on these does not indicate my beckerhead number. These are the 22nd set of scales I've completed.

I miss watching you fuss over your first few scales at work.... You've certainly perfected the process man!

I love em. I remember some other digital camo scales a while back and I've wanted a set every since.

That's simply outstanding! This thread and the linked thread were kinda hard to read, I think I got something in my eye.

I got nothing to say that would be on par with how great this tribute is, so I'm just gonna say
Great Work FAL'er

It was fairly hard to type up, I just remember how broken up my dad was about the whole thing, He was doing a 1/48 scale model of johns plane with his markings on it, call sign on the side and VMA 214 out of USMCAS El Toro. He worked on it for 9 months and couldn't bear to look at it after that. What still gets me today when I think about it, is when I asked one of his 3 daughters what she wanted for christmas, she said " I want my daddy back". She was 11 then.

Great thing you did there. Something I'm sure you'll cherish for years to come. Great job and God Bless AMERICA !!!!
