I haven't posted in awhile and I have to say I've missed this place!

Since I've been gone however, I've acquired a new addiction (obviously still knife related); Anza Knives (in particular model F-4). I got my first one about a week ago and love it. Tough, pretty, functional and a breeze to carry especially for a fixed blade. I'm really glad to have a fixed blade that I can carry everyday again. Fit and finish of this knife is incredible and everything about it is near perfect.

Just thought I'd share my new pride and joy with y'all just in case no one had heard of em or given them a look. I highly recommend their knives (at the very least the one I have) and hope to do a review VERY soon.

:D  :D

Agreed. I have one, don't know the model #, with a 3" hollow ground blade and a 4 1/4" wooden handle. Haven't done alot of work with it, but everyone that sees it thinks it's neat. (I bought it because of the same reason- it's made out of a file man!) Gets real sharp too.

Yes it does take a wicked edge. I've been sharpening it more and more just for the hell of it and the thing is it just keeps getting sharper. It's INSANE! In fact my best friend just ordered a custom from them for the same price as the model he was looking at. He just switched the handle material and length of the blade and said that they were all too happy to please. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT!!
