These were both rehandled by Mr. Bob Pickle. He hangs out with the rest of the hoodlums at the ramanon forums.
Bob is a true gentleman but has a weakness for chocolate that I shamelessly exploit.
The first one is a Queen utility (#11) that started out with yellow synthetic handles. The handle was cracked on both sides at the center pin. Now...ironwood.
The second is a Moore Maker medium stockman. This one also had synthetic yellow handle scales that were very poorly fitted from the beginning. Big gaps between the scales and bolsters...just bad QC. Off it went it Bob and this is how it came back. More ironwood with fluted bolsters.
