These were both rehandled by Mr. Bob Pickle. He hangs out with the rest of the hoodlums at the ramanon forums. :p

Bob is a true gentleman but has a weakness for chocolate that I shamelessly exploit.

The first one is a Queen utility (#11) that started out with yellow synthetic handles. The handle was cracked on both sides at the center pin. Now...ironwood.

The second is a Moore Maker medium stockman. This one also had synthetic yellow handle scales that were very poorly fitted from the beginning. Big gaps between the scales and bolsters...just bad QC. Off it went it Bob and this is how it came back. More ironwood with fluted bolsters.

Jason those look great! Bob did very nice work, I will have to remember that. I love the look of ironwood. Good choice for some pretty knives.

Morrowj 98 - I'm worried about you. PrOn, a new wife AND new knives?

She loves me. :) She loves me so much she put me on a budget! Apparently I'm irresponsible and prone to impulse purchases. :p

No worries....I take cash from her purse when she is in the shower.

kidding...

That ok, she takes it back when you are in the shower ;)

Some very nice wood work there...
