On this one I used up the rest of my Birchwood Casey Super Blue then went to the Birchwood Casey Perma Blue...took me a little longer to get to where I wanted it to look with the Perma Blue not being as stong as the Super Blue...back to buy more Super Blue and use the Perma Blue for touch-ups...The brass bolster was covered with Elmers Glue, let to dry which would act as a resist when I did the blade, I thought I messed up when some of the Perma Blue got on the bloster and turned it black...came right off when I polished it up with Master's Formula Polish..the whole Khurk came out great and its got a perfect scabbard...I have given away 4 Khurks now as gifts so if I dont give it away then yep it goes up on ebay and I'll sleeeeze in the link as a heads up for anyone interested
