New Around!

I'm a new member and just starting to find my way around all the threads. I thought I might weigh in on this subject with my first post. I enjoy all types of knives but have to admit that I have the most fondness for traditional folders.

For me EDC is all about variety. I rotate carrying a vintage Camillus made Buck 303, a medium Case Stockman, a CV yeller Case Sodbuster Jr, and a CSC Muscrat. My job requires use of a knife multiple times a day so all my knives are users. No safe queens for me.

If I had to pick a favorite it would have to be something in the 303/Medium Stockman style. There are literally thousands to choose from so you can find one to fit your preference and it's just so hard to beat the versatility and ease of carry of a small to medium stockman. With that said,,, I sure do love my Sodbuster too!!!

In the end you just can't lose no matter what you choose. Especially if you buy one of each!!
 
I finally ordered a Sod buster Jr in Yellow CV, And I will start to take a look for fun at flea markets this summer! Somebody's crap can be someone else's treasure!

Good utilitarian choice. The yellow handles are eye catching and I have a Case Trapper in the yellow delrin.

You have to watch those non-member dealer references. It doesn't matter to me where you bought it, just that you have found what you're looking for.
