NEW AT SHOT: Kabar's 2003 new knives

Tecnocut Side Locks and Tecnocut & Maserin Lockbacks look A LOT like the late lamented Delta Z line, also, of course, Italian made ... I wonder how the prices will compare. I've got a couple of Maserins and I like the quality.
 
The Italian knives are made by the same people who did the Delta-Z knives. For people not in the know, they are REALLY nicely made, though I think Kabar is advertising a much higher MSRP, though I am not 100% certain.

You and Esav are correct. Tecnocut manufactured some of Delta Z's knives.
 
I was going to say the same thing when I first saw them, but I didn't want to conceivably insult anyone (although I doubt I actually would have)! The Delta Z knives were very high quaility products, so Ka-Bar may actually go back onto my "Buy" list!:) The MSRP for the Ka-Bar products is not too far off from what Delta Z was charging at "list." And 5point0, those ARE the same knives, down to the box they're shipped in. I got one of the last "Closeouts", it's very nice, but a REALLY husky knife!
