I have my second group meeting tonight and I also joined an online recovery forum. It's a great place (online) that I found over the weekend. It's the only one I could find that wasn't all about AA. And the whole way it's set up is just like this one, which makes it easy to navigate and stuff. Lots of people on there, lots of support. It's been helpful.

The group of people tonight will be different people. Well, two of the same people from the first one, other than me, but also other people because some only go Tuesdays or Thursdays and some go both. I wonder if tonight I'll be the only one who's not on probation again.

I'm hanging tough, but withdrawal symptoms suck big time!

Keep talkin' about it, it helps to know your not alone, one of the worst feelings is one of being alone in this, and feeling like no one understands.

Your not alone and people who have been through this do understand, they've had the same feelings and knowing that can help.
