This is one I had in my brain for awhile. John worked with me for around 2months while I was changing my mind on little parts, etc....

Well After making a stop with JeffH for some hot plastic lovin, I finally have it.
John said I could name this model, since it is my baby, and I figure being a former Cav Scout in the Army, I would call this one the Scout.........

Awesome 6in O1 blade, thumbgrooves, exposed guard, and Johns wonderfull grinds, this thing is a helluva knife. 3/16th thickness, to just beat on like it owes me money.

So without me rambling any more, here she is.......

Man, Jeff does some awesome sheathwork! If I ever get around to making a knife for myself, it`s going to him for the sheath>

I will begin its beating very soon. I have to work OT tommarow, but forum member Snow is coming down early next week for some hiking, and it will get a workout then im sure. I might get out with it Sunday, if all goes well.

This one is gonna get pushed to its limit and back again. I am curious to see how nuts I can get with it. Im a nut, so watch out.....

John, you are right on.... Jeff does AWESOME kydex, and you sir build one helluva blade.....

Dang. I'm lovin that knife. At 3/16" it is a honkin blade. Man-o-man.

Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner folks! I just found the Stomper I want! That thing is incredible!
Congrats Bro!

Thanks dudes, its pretty awesome huh? The balance is great too, and The handle is very comfy.

That is a pretty sweet looking knife. I am jealous.

Please let us know what you think about that feature in the handle. It looks very useful.

Thanks, Jake.
Thanks, John.

John, by now I think I OWE you a sheath. I have had enough of your knives come through that it's about time one comes back you way.:thumbup:

Nice work on the "Scout."
I am not one to lust after a "big" knife but this one didn't feel as big as it looked while I was handling it. Nicley balanced and did not feel the ten or so ounces it is. However, when I was done and picked up one of my 4" knives, it felt kind of puny.:D
