New Becker knife model

Hmmmmn, I think we are not going to see anything for a day or two because of that new lad J.M.Jarosz that came on board with Ka-Bar, you know, the New Kid In Town :D !! I know we all like our Beckers (including Ethan !!), but check out some of Jarosz's blades during our dry spell.

SO I suspect that Part of it is Kabar has gotten very good at being tight lipped about new releases until they are a LOCK.

All I can say is I'm very greatful for all the Becker Blades I own. I guess the knife business is a slow process?

Actually I think isn't, have u watched any shot show vid? Seems is a lot going on there...BTW also am very pleased with all my Beckers, the king and the 16 cover all the basics for me, I just would love to see something new...

No, I haven't seen any show vid. But I'm with you Kentwood. The 9 and 16 are all any of us would probably ever need and yet I would like more. Who knows maybe something new is yet to come?

Oh dear.... yes.
I'll add- that it should have flat spot on the spine by the tip, like a BK1. No frikkin clip point on the end like the recent BK4.
the flat baton strike point would be awesome.

you mean like the classic Blackjack MachAx with a flat square spine

Not necessarily a Ltd ed or anything.
Some saber 16s in 1095cv or even D2. I know the ffg is where it's at for performance but there's definitely a place for the saber grind, even from a marketing standpoint. A sprint would not be left on the shelves IMO esp if they make it to the dealers.
 
well...we've been wahwahwahing for a D2 saber 16 for quite a while, guess it won't hurt to wahwahwah some more.

I was under the impression KaBar was going to start doing more Sprint Runs, with the 20 being the first of many? Saber 16 I'm in 👍 Solid Tang! 🤓

Thanks a lot for your input NCslice, I'm glad to know there are guys with the same interest, IMHO could be lots of options to considering by the kabar people, but only them know if we can get lucky enough and have a new Becker knife...just waiting and hoping for them to came out with something new...
 
I still want to see the 11/14 used as a mule to try different steels S35VN would be a good start.
