Broke down and got Village Parang. I haven't bought a condor in a long time. I got it for a Firewood beater, limbing, etc.
Seems to be no defects or quality control issues.
Its a Condor so its ruff. Convex grind is pretty well executed, its not sharp though.
That's OK . Id rather have it not sharp and ground nice, than sharp and bad grind work.
I sharpened it on a 240 silicon carbide stone. So its sharp now
It will make a good user, ruff use blade/chopper/baton-er, give my 9 some rest
