Since they're going to stop production on the 4, I thought I'd get another while the getting is good.

Dex's website shows out of stock so I got mine on Amazon. Bummer, I guess he can order it? I'm looking at getting another in the not so distant future, I'll def check him out.
I really enjoy the 4. It's surprisingly fun to use. Anyone whose on the fence really needs to just pull the trigger, you won't regret it. Congrats to the wife on the new steel and thanks for sharing!

That's funny. I did the exact same thing when word came out about the 4 being discontinued. Except for the giving your wife the knife part. I stashed my new Dex-supplied BK4 in the closet just in case the apocalypse happens and a bolt of lightning melts my first one. My wife can use one of my machetes from the shed.

Haha hilarious! I was just thinking I'd have given her mine and I'd take the new one hehe.
